Soooo, second day got us waking up early so we can arrive in time for our Louvre visit at 10:30 AM. After a really good breakfast at our hotel, we went to our meet up point (shoutout to Get Your Guide!) All our main attraction visits were booked through them. Later that day, we also visited the Eiffel Tower.
Our guide was really sweet. She told us the tour would last around 2 and a half hours, but we can stay as much as we like inside and explore more than what she would show us. This is because the Louvre really is immense. Visiting the Eiffel Tower was also part of our itinerary later in the day.

We did see the Mona Lisa of course! It was a bit underwhelming, I found other paintings way more beautiful and interesting than her. Also some statues were very captivating. Afterward, we talked about seeing Paris landmarks like the Eiffel Tower.

For 5 full hours, we explored all the major attractions inside the museum. Our legs hurt a lot at the end of it all and we were really tired. However, we still had another museum to see soon, which was the Orsay Museum.

You definitely need to see it when visiting Paris, it has some memorable paintings and views of the city from the top! The Eiffel Tower is visible from several spots in Paris. This adds to the magic of the city.
After visiting both of the cities biggest museums, we went back to our hotel to rest a bit and get some dinner. Afterwards, we saw the Eiffel Tower at night and enjoyed the Seine River Cruise.
Bistro Saint Dominique was the place where we had dinner, very friendly staff, cozy place and great food – solid 9/10
There were plenty of Michelin Star restaurants in our neighborhood, so for those that are passionate, you have lots of options there. If you happen to dine in Paris, you might catch a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower glowing nearby.
Our guide for the Eiffel Tower arrived a bit late to our meet up point, but he was funny and made us smile with some good jokes afterwards.

There was no waiting line at that hour, so in about 10 minutes from entering the premises, we were already at the second floor. We didn’t find tickets for the top floor unfortunately. However, seeing the Eiffel Tower up close was totally worth it.
Once we arrived at the 2nd floor, we were amazed to see one of the best views we have ever seen in our life! The Eiffel Tower offers breathtaking views over the city.

As you can see, absolutely marvelous! You could sit there for a whole hour and just look around while drinking some wine and savoring some snacks. Soaking in the Eiffel Tower atmosphere makes the Paris experience complete.
We also caught the Tower sparkling a few minutes after climbing. (as it sparkles for 5 minutes at the start of every hour from dusk.) The Eiffel Tower sparkling was one of the highlights of our night.
Next time we will definitely go all the way up! We will make sure to book Eiffel Tower tickets in advance for a full experience.
One last event remained that night and that was the Seine river cruise!.

Solid 10/10! The whole cruise lasted 1 hour and it was the second best experience in Paris, after climbing the Eiffel Tower. Honestly, if you are in Paris, Budapest or Istanbul, you must take a cruise, otherwise you are missing out.
On our final day, we cruised throughout Champs-Élysées, the center and around our area one last time. We brought some gifts that included macarons, Cédric Grollet sweets and some PSG merch. Thinking back to the Eiffel Tower visit, it truly made our trip unique.
Had to wake up early Sunday morning so we would catch our flight from Beauvais Airport. BTW, the security is awful there, they can be very annoying so watch out!

We definitely will return to Paris sometime during early or late summer to see the Versailles Palace and gardens, experience a Moulin Rouge cabaret show and maybe even go to Disneyland. Probably not this year or next one, but it is definitely worth the hype! And of course, the Eiffel Tower will be on our list again!
